​Table of Contents

Here is Cooking Through College's recipe list! I think it is easier to decide you want a book when you know what it actually has in it! We slaved over these recipes, and we hope you enjoy them! Ashley and I created 75 recipes each, which has made this cookbook a fun melting pot of delicious cuisines from all over the world. I love Mexican, Chinese, and American food, and Ashley is a pro at making (and explaining how to make) Italian, Mediterranean, and Russian dishes. Plus, we couldn't help but throw in a few recipes that we grew up with and can't bear to be without! Thank you, Moms! 

And for those of you who need/want to avoid gluten and dairy,  we have a host of recipes that will cater to your needs. I made all my recipes gluten-free (though they can be made either way and we have notes to help you!), since my husband, William, has Celiac Disease. Ashley's roommates struggled with dairy, so a lot of her recipes either are or have diary-free options. 

And...the Table of Contents isn't perfect because my husband is currently at a concert, and I don't know how to fix it :-). So thank you for your patience!
